About me
Tony England is the Director of Exceptional Learners. He has worked at Elkhart Community Schools for eleven years. Tony has a background in working with school-wide behavior supports and character education. Tony has provided training and consultation regarding school discipline, alternative education, Universal Design for Learning, and team building at the state and national levels.
