About me
Kevin is a former 30-year CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County serving 4,500 members and six different Boards of Directors. Under Kevin's leadership the budget grew from $94k to $8m over that 30-year period. Kevin now is the Director of Professional/Organizational Development where he consults on organizational growth and Board Development. Kevin has successfully led six capital campaigns in his career. Kevin is also a certified Executive Coach for CEO's in the Nonprofit sector. Kevin retired as a "Master/Mentor" of Boys & Girls Clubs of America (top 1%) nationally and is a "Sagamore of the Wabash" the highest citizen recognition from the Governor of Indiana. Kevin originally hails from Boston, Mass but has lived here in Indiana since 1994. Kevin is a graduate of Clemson University, Goshen College, and the University of Georgia as well as Notre Dame in Nonprofit leadership.
