C. Todd Cummings, Ph.D., is the Superintendent of the South Bend Community School Corporation. Dr. Cummings is a caring leader and teacher who believes in the power of education and the best potential of every student. Dr. Cummings has worked in education for more than two decades. Whether in a classroom, at a play or musical, or on the sidelines of a football or basketball game, Dr. Cummings’ priority is ensuring that every student succeeds and is proud to be the superintendent of South Bend Schools.
