An award-winning consultant, author, speaker, trainer, and facilitator, Thresette is Founder and Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3 (aka P3), a certified M/WBE/WOSB national leadership development firm with offices in Indiana and Virginia. Providing keynotes, assessments, training, facilitation, coaching, and consulting services for global leaders in over 10 industries with up to 100,000 employees and over $20 billion in revenue, P3 builds high performing leaders because it believes every leader can be one, with the right opportunity and the right culture.

Thresette’s honors include 2023 Women Changing the World Awards Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, 2022 Great Lakes Women’s Business Council Role Model/Mentor of the Year, and Evergreen Leadership Community Builder Award. She owns services registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and her company was one of 25 national companies selected for the 2023 Salesforce Black-Owned Business Mentorship Program.

With a passion for leadership and serving her community, Thresette serves in national and regional leadership roles including Secretary for the NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) National Board; Chair of the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Diversity, Inclusion, and Global (DIG) Committee; and Mentor for Notre Dame University’s McKenna Center’s South Bend Economic Adversity Program (SBEAP). She received her BBA from Wichita State University, her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a graduate of Leadership Indianapolis.
