In a highly polarized society, workforce relationships are strained, making civility and connection difficult. While this may be viewed as a challenge to some; it could be an opportunity.

Leadership stories can promote understanding, resolve conflict, and facilitate civil discourse and connection. This workshop offers a framework to understand how such stories can improve civility and connection in workforce relationships for increased community and organizational productivity.
