About me
Thresette is an award-winning author, speaker, facilitator and coach who is the Founder & Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3 (P3), a certified national leadership development firm with offices in Indiana and Virginia. P3 believes every leader can be high performing with the right opportunity and the right culture, and provides keynotes, assessments, training, facilitation, coaching, and consulting services for leaders in small businesses and global companies in over 10 industries with over 100,000 employees and $20 billion in revenue.
With a passion for leadership and community, Thresette has received multiple honors and awards including Salesforce Black-Owned Business Mentorship Program alum, and Great Lakes Women’s Business Council Indiana WBE Role Model/Mentor of the Year. Her community service includes the NAWBO National Board of Directors, Keynote and Mentor for Notre Dame University's South Bend Entrepreneurship & Adversity Program (SBEAP), and Chair of the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis’ Collaborative Community Building committee.
Thresette holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Wichita State University, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is a graduate of Leadership Indianapolis LEAD program. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Don.
